I’ve been selling real estate since 2008, helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions they will make — buying or selling a property.

My business is focused on both residential and farm real estate, giving my clients the advantage of working with someone who understands not only the real estate market, but also the land, communities, and lifestyle that make Saskatchewan such a unique place to live and work.

My connection to Saskatchewan agriculture is personal. Farming has been part of my family for generations. While my family operated a long-standing business in Saskatoon, we also farmed in the Kelliher and Colonsay areas. Growing up with both a business and farming background gave me an appreciation for hard work, relationships, land stewardship, and the realities of running a successful operation.

That firsthand agricultural experience is particularly valuable when working with farm sellers and buyers. Farm real estate requires an understanding that goes beyond acreage and buildings. Factors such as land quality, location, improvements, access, production potential, and the unique goals of each farming operation all play an important role in developing the right strategy.

On the residential side, I bring that same approach to every transaction: straightforward advice, strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to representing my clients’ best interests from the first conversation through to closing.
